Black Magic have released a driver update for the Intensity card. There are versions for both Mac and PC users.

Here is what they say the update fixes:

This software update adds pulldown for 1080p24 to play out as 1080i60, verified compatibility with Premiere Pro CS3 v3.2, Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista SP1, QuickTime 7.4.5, and general stability and performance improvements.

Since Premiere Pro now natively supports both DVCPro HD and Sony XDCam and XDCam-EX you can just add a card like the Intensity to be able to see your edits in full quality on an HD screen. The Black Magic cards do not accelerate Premiere in the same way that the Matrox cards do, but are considerably cheaper.
