Adobe have released a small update for Premiere. 4.21 fixes an issue with Panasonic AVC-intra footage. We have not yet tried this ourselves, however we have noticed on the Matrox forums that they and recommending it is not installed for RT.X2 users. For now we would recommend that you do not install 4.21 as well, unless you are having issues with AVC-intra footage.
AVC-Intra is not the same as AVCHD. Support for this format was only added to Premiere in 4.2 anyway so most users will probably not be using it.
